Tiered Approach

In line with the commitment to safeguard capacity and support personnel already in the Organization, a majority of UNDP UNCDF/UNV vacancies are advertised using a tiered application process whereby:

• Tier 0: UNDP/UNCDF/UNV IP staff holding permanent (PA) and fixed-term (FTA) appointments, whose posts will be abolished, or contracts will be terminated or not renewed during 2026.
• Tier 1: Other UNDP/UNCDF/UNV staff holding permanent (PA) and fixed-term (FTA) appointments
• Tier 2: UNDP/UNCDF/UNV staff holding temporary appointments (TA), personnel on regular PSA contracts, and Expert and Specialist UN Volunteers
• Tier 3 or no tier indicated: All other contract types from UNDP/UNCDF/UNV and other agencies, and other external candidates

En ligne avec les orientations et priorités nationales et conformément à son Programme d’Appui au Pays 2021-2025, le Programme Climat, Environnement, Energie et Réduction des Risques de Catastrophe du PNUD en Tunisie (CERC) apporte une réponse intégrée aux défis socio-économiques et environnementaux que la Tunisie rencontre actuellement et qui sont exacerbés par les impacts adverses des changements climatiques et les crises politico-économiques mondiales. Le Programme s'inscrit dans une approche holistique, qui tient compte de la complexité et de la multi dimensionnalité des défis développement afin d’adresser les besoins actuels du pays en préservant ses ressources, sans compromettre les opportunités pour les générations futures et tout en répondant aux engagements du pays, notamment dans le cadre de l’Agenda 2030 et de l’Accord de Paris.
